Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver all across Bangladesh. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

    Inside Dhaka: Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been shipped.
  • public
    Outside Dhaka: Your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays from the courier service.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our number one priority. All GZen orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions on the outside. This ensures your purchase remains completely confidential.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available from the courier). You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
